Civil society actors are under immense pressure: a lack of resources, challenging framework conditions, or insecure employment. At the same time, their own demands for effectiveness and the expectations of donors require them to continuously measure and optimize their impact. These challenges present a shared opportunity for foundations and NPOs. IMPCT supports NPOs in establishing meaningful organizational structures and setups. We help sharpen their agenda and vision and build teams. In this role, we empower NPOs to better achieve their goals. Furthermore, we support NPOs in increasingly important issues of impact management, enabling them to further develop the results of their engagement and communicate them with all stakeholders.

• Transparency and reporting in the form of impact and sustainability reports, also as a strategic tool for fundraising
