Internship at Gruner + Jahr. Prior to his permanent position, he spent several years as a student employee at IMPCT gGmbH.
Diana Pauser, landscaper and strategic communicator

Graduate in Visual Communication. Copywriter, creative director, and concept designer. She has held many leadership roles in international advertising agencies. Teached at the Miami Ad School. Freelance creative consultant for NGOs (Greenpeace, BUND, and Cradle to Cradle NGO). Founder of a sustainability agency. She has further education in strategic sustainability management, certified sustainability executive, and strategic sustainability communication.
Esther Gummig, sailor, rower and artistic director

Graduate in Communication Design. Art Director, self-employed after years of working at major agencies. Loves combining creativity with strategy – and combining this with emotional imagery. Because everything communicates. Focus on branding, corporate design, logo development, websites, advertising.
Cathi Allzeit, concert lover and rock in the surf
Project and Office Management
Event manager. Project management for events, management assistant, team assistant. Organizes our daily routine with passion and structure. Juggles accounting, appointments, fundraising, and spontaneous ideas with equal ease – always with an eye for the human touch. Amidst our nonprofit challenges, she stands for structure, warmth, and a huge dose of team spirit.
